Internship on H4!! Help sought

I'm on H4 and pursuing MS from CSUN. A company is ready to offer me internship but is worried about the legalties. Pl advice if it's legal to do Internship on h4 or not!!

On H4 you are not allowed to work. so you can't accept Internship.

Change to F1

You can get it changed your H4 to F1, not going out of US. (May get 6 months to get approval, still worth it)
You also get 12 Months OPT to work after you complete your MS.
