Need some help please!! Im an international student in the USA with a visa F-1, I met my girlfriend last year in the university, I was studying there for 5 months and then I came back to my country for a year, we love alot each other so we kept talking and in contact during the whole year, so now I came again to study in the USA, and me and my girlfriend just decided to get married, and I wonder if I may have any problems with the uscis, because I just have been 3 months in the USA, appreciate any help! thanks!!

You shouldnt have a problem providing that you didnt enter the States with the intent to marry.
Thanks, but they would believe it? Because to me it would look suspicious that we want to marry just 3 months after I came, so i just say that I came back with the intention of study, but now we decided to marry because we love alot each other and want to start a life as a married couple, or what should I tell them?
from what I know after 90 days its not a problem, the have a 30/60/90 day rule, so they can get a little doubtful before 90 days as you entered with a non-immigrant intent, so be positive and as long as you have maintained your legal status and your marriage is real everything will go fine
Dendedos, I would say that in your situation the USCIS is going to treat your case with a certain level of suspiciousness due to the circumstances you've brought up here. They'll not analyze your case based on your emotional affirmations. In other words, they are going to look more into facts you can provide them with to prove your relationship and subsequent marriage are legit. That is if you guys live together (after you get married), share assets, have a joint bank account, etc. They'll probably question your relationship in terms of how much you know about each other. I think an IO would find enough ways to evaluate your intent and the legitimacy of your marriage. Another thing you would want to keep in mind is that when your spouse applies for your AOS, she'll need to prove she can support you. If she can't do that and asks her relatives or somebody else to cosponsor, it can add more "oil" into the fire.
