Intern to Full-time paid Engineer

Hello!

I have a 3 month long internship and then a conditional offer for after that. I will being paid much less for my internship but my employer wants to just put the conditional offer on my TN offer letter even for when I am doing my internship.

I realize this is bad but is there anything else I can do?

What are the consequences of this?

Not sure what you mean by " put the conditional offer on my TN offer letter". What status are you in right now?
 
So on my TN offer letter it says that I will be making 80K a year, but for the first 3 months I will only make $4000 a month (48K a year). Does that make more sense?
