hi i took my EAD few months back which is valid till jan.2005. my question is tht how to get my permanent EAD before my interim expires.please help me if anybody is or was in this situation.thanks in advance.
You are issued an interim EAD only bcoz the permanent EAD was taking time. It is implied that your permanent EAD will be approved and mailed to you within the time frame of your iEAD expiration. If you still dont get your permanent EAD (which is very very rare) , you can go ahead and apply for another iEAD.
