interim ead

Hi,
Can anyone tell me who are eligible for applying interim ead and can u tell me how long will it take to get interim ead at Arlington office.

After 90 days of filing I-765 you can get the interim EAD from the nearast BCIS office by showing the I-485 receipt. I think you get it the very same day.

Note: For concurrent filers a RFE on their I-140 will set the clock back, so if your receive a RFE on Day 70, start counting again !!
