Interim EAD

Freinds,
I also need a little help for my EAD. I applied for EAD renewal on 16th June'03 and my current EAD expired on 22nd Aug'03. I can apply for interim EAD afer 90 days so it will on 15th Sept'03. What can I do. Does that means I will lose my current job beacuse of my expired EAD?

I was in the same boat as you're. (My case was even worse).
I walked in to local BCIS office, along with a letter from my employer stating that I'll be laid off, and got an interim EAD.

THanks for the suggestions. I really appreciate the help. But I have one more issue. I have all my processing done from San Fransisco (CA) and my job is in Virginia. I do not want to change my address to Virginia. Can I go to INS office in Virginia or I will have to go to CA?
