Interim EAD

Hi Jaxen

I reside in Oklahoma and my I-485 was applied in Texas. I had to move to California for an project and I did an address change for california address, My EAD was applied by my attorney at CSC, after a month I had to move back to Oklahoma, and I did a address change again.

1. Now my question is if I dont get my EAD before the current one expire can I go to the Local INS in Oklahoma to collect Interim EAD

2. Where is the District office for Oklahoma.

Any respone will be greatly appreciated

I dont understand why people would believe somebody in this forum, but not the INS office or the INS website???
Dallas is supposed to be a favorite program to the rednecks here in Texas.

You can also try in a sub office.

Another question
Since my EAD was applied in CSC will they ask me to goto california district office to get interim EAD?

or since i now live in Oklahoma I can try here.

Theoritically you can apply in any district office.
