Please Give Your Advice:
I applied for EAD and got yellow cashiers recpt dated July 18, 2002 , 79 days later (Oct 5,2002) I got notice to say Interview for EAD will be in 90 days (Jan 9, 2003) . Since it is obvious that my EAD case won't be approved (or denied) WITHIN 169 (79+90) days after the cashiers receipt can I go in on day 81 (Oct 7,2002) after Cashiers Recpt or do I still have to wait the full 90 days , although it is obvious no further correspondence will be coming regardig the EAD.
