Interim EAD

Hi Folks,
Do you think we can get an Interim EAD when there is an RFE issued on the original filing?
I have a problem where there was an RFE was issued on the EAD application, but we haven't received the RFE letter so far. Can we get an Interim EAD to meet a job requirement?

I think an interim EAD is for expediting a regular case. For an RFE, the issue should be resolved first.

Which means if we send the desire additional information and if the case is s till being reviwed, i might be able to get the Interim EAD?

Though rules/documents on USCIS say they offer interim EADs if pending for 90 days, they no longer issue interim EADs due to fraud in the past.

If it is a RFE, your RFE has to be dealt with first even before you send an expedite request from the local office.
