Interim EAD

I got married in April and filed my case based on marriage in July with and RD of July 12, 2006. I still haven't recived my EAD card. I am currently on H1 but I got another offer. I am supposed to go for an infopass appointment tomorrow but i heard that INS is not issusing intermin EAD's any more is that true ?
 
True, they won't give you an iEAD but at least they can see what has been delaying it and they will approve it if necessary and send it to NBC for production.

Do you mind I ask you which is your DO office?
I found some information on this forum, and there are certain DO office just take super long time for everything. Maybe you and I are in one of those DO office area :(
