Hi,
What is the process to get iEAD? should I pay again 120$ and bring the photos?

Since this is your 3rd EAD you only need to give them a copy (not the original) of your EAD Renewal Receipt Notice. You do not need to pay them nor carry photos with you when you go for your iEAD.
 
Interm EAD

My receipt date for 3rd EAD is: 01/08/2004.
My second EAD expired on 02/27/04.

Am I eligible to apply for iEAD now? or
Do I need to wait for 3 months from receipt date?

Please advise.
 
Some people say you need to wait 90 days from EAD Renewal ND. I went exactly on the 91st day after my Renewal ND and I didn't have any problems at Philly.

Can I go also to Phily or I have to where I did my FP, in Newark ?
I assume that iEAD is just some document only, not a card.
