Hello All,
I applied for my EAD Renewal on January 7th and my Current EAD is expiring on March 27th. My I-140 was approved in December. Do i have to wait for 90 days before i can get an Interim EAD ?. I am currently working on my EAD and that means if my EAD id not approved before march 27th am i out of Status and cannot work. Would appreciate if someone can shed some light on this.
