Interim EAD Question

Could someone helps me to compile list of documents needed for applying Interim EAD?

1. I-485/765/131/140 receipts
2. Filled in 765 form?
3. Pay stubs?
4. Any Fees?
....

please let me know your suggestions as well.
 
Take the following documents:

1. Copy of 485 Notice
2. Copy of 765 Notice
3. Copy of 140 Notice - if available.
4. Passport and copies of passport
5. Printout of online status of all pending applications. - No need, but it is better to take it..
6. Drivers license - if you have it
7. TIN card - if you have it..

No fees..

Do they ask for H1b/H4?
We have approved H1B / pending H4 for 7th year extension.
(Since H1B & H4 was applied separately.)

My wife went for iEAD couple of weeks ago and they asked for a copy of EAD receipt notice. They kept this notice and thats it...

So I would suggest take whatever the documents you have and give whatever the office asks for..
