interim EAD in Phoenix office

Hi all,
I was issued interim EAD on the 90th day in the local INS in Phoenix. I filed for renewal and my application received date was April 17th. Today is my 90th day and they didn't really have any questions.
My old EAD was valid until yesterday so thank goodnenss I did not have any problems getting an EAD ..........no problems at my work place too..............
 
All they need are your I-140 approval, 485 receipt notice and 765 receipt notice.

What if your 90 days are up before 140 approval? (Concurrent filing). Do you know if carrying the 485 and 765 notice is enough?
 
Mine was not concurrent filing. I think you need to carry your 140 receipt notice atleast. This morning that was the first thing they asked me underlying 140. I showed them the approval notice.

Last time when I went to check if they can give me an appointment today for interim EAD they said no, the lady also made it clear that I need to get copy of underlying 140 when I come back.
