Interim EAD from Arlington, Virginia ?

Hi,

  Anyone approached local INS office(Arlington, VA) for interim EAD?
Do they give interim EAD here and how long does it take ? What are documents to be taken?

Please, share your experience.

You cannot get Interim EAD

Howwver, if your application for EAD to VSC has exceeded 90 days, then they will issue new EADs on wednesdays.

I am not sure if you have to be transferred to Arlington or not!

My 485 was transfered to Arlington, so took copies of EAD app and transfer notice & 485 app & got it done on a wednesday.

My case is not transferred but I crossed 90 days still not received EAD. Can u tell me why ur case got transferred to local INS ?
