Has anyone gone to district office to issue an interim EAD card??? Please advise me in this matter!!!!

Take the infopass available from uscis website.

Take all originals to the local office on the appointment date.

When you go to the office, take your EAD (OPT) application receipt.
Take the printout of Infopass
Take all I-20's
Take all W-2 and Tax returns (while you were on F-1)
Take all Pay cheques (whatever you have), alteast most recent
Take all CPT offer letters
Take your passport, latest I-94, F-1 VISA
Take the Proof of Graduation Letter. If you have diploma well and good.
If you have a copy of OPT Application, take it.
Also, take anything that is relevant to your case.

Hope this helps.

interim EAD

I plan to get my interim EAD too.But I am little confused as my H1 is approved but I have not got my approval notice yet. Does anyone know whether I am still eligible for EAD?
Thanks and let me know

Until you get your H-1B approved, your status is F-1. The approval as well means notified. But, by all means the local USCIS office will reject your interim EAD application, as your status would be H-1B.

However, if you hide the fact that you have an approved H-1B (or hide the fact that you applied for H-1B), then you may get interim EAD.

I am just speculating though.
