Interim EAD -- Atlanta

When going for Interim EAD, does it required that both applicants need to the local office. Do you think the primary applicant can take the documents of the spouse and walkin for the Interim EAD for both the applicant and spouse, after the 90 days are passed.

Some who has done in Atlanta, can you please detail your experience.

no cannot proxy for someone bacause they take the
applicant's picture for the EAD card there.

Do we really need local driver license when going for EAD?
