Interim EAD at Washington DC

There are no available appointments. Customer service says keep checking 2-3 times a day to see if any become available. Is is possible to go the the Norfolk Office even if that doesnt come up in my InfoPass Zip Code Entry?

As in can we go to any Field Office or only the one that come up in infopass?
