Interim EAD at Philly

I've applied for my 3rd EAD but I strongly suspect that it will arrive in time before the previous one expires. In this situation I presume the best thing to do would be to obtain an Interim EAD from the local USCIS Office, in my case Philly. Does anyone know the process of obtaining an iEAD at PHL? If that is not possible then I guess the only way out is to wait till the actual EAD comes in the mail. Since the delay is on part of USCIS has anyone continued working even after expiry of their previous EAD and presented the EAD Receipt Notice to the employer as proof of filing, and subsequently presented the EAD upon arrival?

last week i went to philly office for I-EAD.. the officer at information counter told me to bring copy I-140 receipt. I said it is renewal. ofcourse i didnot complete my 90 days . Do you need I-140?

any one had exp at philly

anyone tried getting an IEAD before 90 days? any experiences please...

I went to philly office last week It was 86 th day , he said no and asked me to come after 4 days with 140 receipt. why do they need 140 receipt.I dont know .

Please share ur exp
 
Now a days, INS is asking for I-140 approval. So now it is becoming a practice. My friend was also asked.So it is very casual.

Jusk take it, they will provide you..........
