Interim EAD at Dallas Office

Hi folks,
         I am planning to go to Dallas District Office to get
an Interim(2ndEAD).Can anybody share his/her experiance reagrding that.Like at what time we should go and how much time it takes?.
Is there any seperate lines for EAD peoples.

Your 1st FP is not expired and you have got the 2nd FP Notice

FP is valid for 15 months. Your 1st FP is good till 04/6/2002 and not yet expired now. How could you managed to get the 2nd Notice.
