We submitted out i485 and i765 by post to Boston BCIS mid February. We got a mail receipt dated 25th Feb 2003. The cheques were cashed and I have got copies of the cashed cheques, although it it virtually impossible to read the smudged stamp to get the number.
We never received any receipts at all through the post. I am currently H1B, but have been offered an excellent new position in a different Company, so I really need to get the EAD ASAP. Can I go to Boston BCIS on the 91st day from the mail receipt date to try to get an interim EAD ??
Any advice or experiences with the Boston would be welcome ??
