Interim EAD at Albany Office

My current EAD will expire on Jan 7th, 2004. Can I work with my current EAD on Jan 7th ?

I have applied for EAD renewal, RD Oct 7th. 90 Days for the application will be over on Jan 5th, 2004, but still EAD renewal has not been approved.

Does Albany office issue Interim EAD same day, if I walk in ? What are all documents required to get Interim EAD?

Albany does issue Interim EAD after 90 days. They only take care of EAD business on Wed. You neeed your receipts. I think you better show them both 485 and 765. You can call and confirm with them before the trip. Albany office is kind small and nice one.

Is it Albany, NY or .. I am in same boat for EAD. I waitng for renewal from VSC. my 90 days completing by 20 jan,04.
1) Do we have to pay any fee at local office for Interim EAD?
2) Is Interim EAD valid for 3 month or what?
