Interim EAD - Any additional documents ??

Dear folks:

How have you been..?? I'm waiting for the.. April's interview... BTW, I think I must apply for I-EAD at Boston CIS early next week.

I heard we need:
1. I-765 form (filled recently)
2. I-765 receipt notice
3. I-485 receipt notice
4. Passport
5. Old EAD card

Now, I have several questions:
A. I don't have the "original" I-765 receipt notice, which my attorney has.. Can I just show them its COPY ??
B. Don't we need photos ???
C. Any additional documents I missed in the list above.. ???
D: Any friends from Boston area: What time is best for me to go to the office for the application ?? As early as possible in the morning like 6:30AM ??
Some said we don't have to... but some said we might not get it in a day if we don't go there early enough... confused.

No it is required .But if there un educated officer(s) working in Bostn service center they might ask u for orginals , to torture the immigrants.

Better take the I-140 approval copy. I was asked for this in Newark for i-EAD. I donot know about Boston, but in Newark, they took the photos in immigration office itself.
