Interim EAD and AP - Process

Folks,

I have a question for all those people who have gone through the process of getting the Interim EAD . I had applied for my EAD and AP sometime in the month of Oct and still have not received my EAD . I am planning on going to the local INS office after completing my 90 days .

Could some one let me know the process in brief , Not juts specific to the Dallas TX area but in general

..Any help would be much appreciated,

Most interim EAD/ Emergency AP processes are specific to the INS center. But you still need I485 receipt, EAD receipt, AP receipt and a valid driver's license. Show up early in the morning and dont forget to get tokens/tickets for each application. As a back up fill up applications, have enough photocopies and have the relevant application fees in money order. All applicants have to appear in person.
 
Thanks . Where do I find the address of my Local UCIS office , I live in Dallas and I am unable to find the exact office address of the Dallas bases UCIS office .

Thanks for the Info . Is it true that we cannot worrk with the Intrim EAD . I thought the whole purpose of getting an EAD is for work . Id this statement is TRUE then why bother to get one in the first place .
