Interim EAD after 90 Days

Does anyone know how to obtain an interim EAD from local district office, if your EAD application is pending for 90 days? And how long it takes to arrive in mail or they issue it right there?

Local offices stopped interim EAD long time ago. They just send an email to service center to expedite application.

I just noticed that they still have the appointment option on InfoPass that says "INTERIM EAD". Just wondering if anyone used this type of appointment recently and what was the result. Thank you for help. :confused:
