Interfile question

I have Interfile Question:
With the October-2020 bulletin, I have filed an I485 with an EB3 i140 (New)
I have plans to move to a new employer after 180 days of Pending 485 and approved I140
Assuming that the EB2 dates move faster than EB3

Will the new employer need to file a new EB2-PERM-I140? OR Are they can just do interfile it with the existing EB2? ( My original EB2 I140 has been approved for more than 180 days)
 
If you move to new employer after 180 days of I-485 pending you are covered under AC21 portability provision meaning you don't need to do PERM & I-140 again. You can file I-485 supplement J whenever you are called for employment based interview
 
My question was after joining a new company using EAD and if EB2 moves faster, then the new company has to file PERM/I140 in EB2 to interfile coz Original EB2 I140 is with the old employer
