Wonder if INS checks with IRS and the state for tax returns - Qrly or annual for every case, or is it only when there is a personal interview.?? Like for nandit Barua. Hope my company has been filing the Quarterlies on a regular basis with the state?? Hmmmmm........

An I-485 decision can always be appealed. You may be confused with CP. Since CP is a diplomatic process, not a legal one, it is not subject to judicial review.
