Hello
Thought would share it with you, and see what the gurus think.
PD: Feb 2001, I485 RD 4-11-2003. retrogressed country. EB2 self petitioned NIW.(ie not job related but under employment based )
My PD became current apr 1 2006. I moved residence end of march and updated NSC with phone call and AR-11 on the new address. Got a LUD on this one. I received confirmation letter re. same to my new address. I also called 4-11-06 to initiate an enquiry (outside processing times), (got another LUD today) and received an email stating and I quote

"The status of this service request is:

The mailing address provided in your referral did not correspond to the address in our system consequently your system address was changed to the following address: (my old addresss) Please complete and mail in form AR-11. If you do not have this form, you can download it from our website or you can call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283 and we can order one for you.

Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter."

I called them today and the customer service confirmed that they have my new address on their records. She also stated that sometimes it might take them upto sixty days to update it at the service center. Since the update was done two weeks ago, she could not do it over again (just to "double confirm")

So, of course I am writing to them again with all the details and the copies of their correspondence.

So the questions are:
* anything else to be done to ensure the address on I485 is my current one.
* Does this mean they will start reviewing my file now??

Thanks in advance
