Hello,

I am citizen of countries A and B. My employer applied for my H-1B advanced degree visa this April. My I-129 says I am citizen of country A but it does not mention country B at all. Can I get visa stamped on passport from country B instead of A?

Thanks!

You must see your H1 application form copy. Whatever the country of citizenship mentioned in that application, on that basis your H1 was issued and the only country's US embassy will be informed.

So you can not just play around as if, it is not mentioned in the H1 approval. H1 approval notice (I 797A) will not display any country of citizenship.
