Interesting info and statics about PP NSC RFE.

My lawyer told me yesterday that they did a press release on alia.org, about the high amounts of RFE's for EB1-EA from NSC:




"# 12/21/2006 NSC Practice Pointer: I-140 Premium Processing RFEs
Information regarding members' experiences with premium processing at the Nebraska Service Center. AILA Doc. No. 06122110."




I can't read the file because is only for the american immigration lawyers assosiation members, but she told me that 99.5% of PP EB1-EA cases got and RFE.

I know is not news for us, but is good to know that EVERYONE not only us got and RFE, they are just buying time...yikes! got a love the USCIS!

anyone filing the RFE response soon? Mine is taking a little bit longer then i expected, but i want to make sure i have everything perfect.

Hi tipododo,

USCIS loves us so much that they want to continue their contact with us by sending love letter :) RFE!!!

Most likely I will be sending my RFE response package to NSC by next week. Let us see what happens.

Good to hear your almost ready to send ur RFE response, me too, me and my lawyer are working hard to have it ready and going by next week ...I just want to get this thing approved!
