I don't know what to think, maybe they should give professionals a working visa type of document?....Hard topic. I don't think they should be treated different than any of us just regular working people. Rules are set for everyone equally and they should stay strong until at least things calm down with the hate for America. Just my opinion.

I'm just curious how did u find out what your FPs from 2008 were sent to the FBI? did u call the 800 number or scheduled an Infopass?

I called the customer service number and told them I hadn't gotten my fingerprint notice and asked to be transferred to an immigration officer. The second level IOs have more info - same info that an IO at an Infopass appointment would have.
