Interesting article about green card delays

They hardly mentioned asylees delays here because the article is about EB3 retrogression, it is not about us.
I believe that Mr. Tamimi's wife could have sought residency or a research position at a hospital in the US that would sponsor her for an H1B visa instead of complaining that she can not work.

You seem to have more faith on what

you believe and not the facts what Tamimi goes through. Despite the shortage the jobs on H1-B are very few, be it residency or reserach each has its own pitfalls, seperation and woes. Guess you are more interested if the article had anything on asylee delays topic in it :rolleyes:

I am sure she would have been more interested if the article addressed asylee delays, because, [anyone? anyone? Bueller?] maybe this Forum is about asylees?
