I will be on my 7th year H1B in Dec. The labor is pending since May 2004. My 6th year H1B is going to get expired in Dec 2005. My question is: I see an opportunity within my company to grow next year. There is another position in a different department which will be opening next year when I will be on my 7th yr H1B. what happens to my labor application (LCA) if I accept that position in the other department? The company would be the same. Job title would be the same. But work place would be different but in the same city. Please advice. Thanks in advance.
