anybody out there with nd sep 2000 having intent to deny ?? i am still waiting for a letter for ins as to what the ##&&*% it is ?? that is what they told me when i called them up ?

Who informed? Is it local INS or INS screvice centre?
No need to be panic? Call INS centre? wait for the mail?
After seeing the contents why it was denied, there should be a solution.. I heard that 99.9% cases would be approved. So first we need to find out , why it was denied.....

What I would do is first call to VSC..If they say the same info, request for duplicate mail saying that the first one is not received(in case thay mailed it and lost). Also inquire the attorney regarding the info from local INS..
when did you know about denial.. If it is so much time, they should have sent a copy to your attorney. Some times they may send an \'intent to deny\' letter. That also It should have not taken this much time...
