Did you get your approvals yet? We mailed our response to intend to deny last week and both our recording is updated....that on nov 14th we recd the info...it is taking blah blah...... we are waiting now for the approval.............HOPEFULLY SOON

Can you please tell us if your husband was on F1 or J1 visa when he was a student? Also, did he do any summer internships, while on student visa?

Vrush, I did not get approval yet. I sent response on 26th Oct, but the automated message is not updated as received. I spoke to IIO today. She said that they received it and I should know from them in 2 or 3 weeks time.... waiting...
