Insurance: Pre-existing conditions query

Folks,

Anyone had any experience with India Health Network's "Pre-existing coverage rider". See here...

I could not find any other insurance providers that specifically deal with anything other than outright refusal to cover for issues that could be related to pre-existing conditions. I might be wrong... can anyone point me to some other links.

They also say that pre-existing condition time is 6 months before visit. Typically, I have heard it is 3 years.

Any pointers will be welcome..

Never take insurance policy from ICICI Lombard. They will issue you a policy very easily but will not pay a single dime when you make any claims. I feel like being cheated by ICICI Lombard.
