insurance for baby!!

Hi All,

I am 485 filer with oct RD. Still waiting. And my company stopped paying for medical insurance. Some time last month I saw a post for getting medical insurance for a baby in under 100$ from Blue Cross. I tried to find out from them, but they are giving me quotes like 450$ per person. CORBA is also like 450$. Can somebody please tell me where to get a better rate insurance for baby of 18 months.

When did your company stop providing insurance?

The best insurance companies in Georgia are Blue Cross Blue Shield and Kaiser Permanente. They give the best rates too - well below 100 dollars. If you need to contact an agent in Georgia, I can give his details.

Does anyone knows good and cheap auto insurance in Baltimore area?
 
For auto-insurance try American Express Casualty Company. I found them to have the best rates compared to State Farm, All State, Progressive and Geico. I have the renters insurance too. Their service is excellent - we made claims against renters and auto - they have been absolutely marvelous. Their number is 800-535-2001 and their address http://www.americanexpress.com.
 
Auto Insurance : Try metlife 888-getmet1 , even in NJ they are the cheapest,

But keep away from State Farm, Allstate, Geico ...major bloodsuckers, and they also have plenty of complaints / lawsuits.

Nah, I figured getting a GC would be an "Eternal" thing hence the username...

Didnt like that perfume itself ... my type is 212,Hugo,Tommy Hilfiger :D
 
For Some VISA and Master cards holders they had special option for medical and dental insurance. it is very cheap(8.95 per family).


The plan pays 35%-55% of cost of medical rest we have to pay from our pocket .If we do calculations it is really worth

let us say take 400$ per month , some insurance premium is for 6 months it will be 2400$ still we have to pay if u did not utilized the insurance more over we have to pay some deicatable on this

With plan I said 8.95$ *6 = 54 approx(medical _dental +vision) .

Suppose for visit Doctor charge is 100$ per visit in 6 months let us say we visite 24 times = 2400$Preimum pays 50% of it
= 1200$ from our pocket .All these expenses if u visted the doctor otherwise it will be just 54$.

at last try to join IEEE

I have seen many people joining IEEE and using their group insurance policies. You may want to checkout..just an idea form myside. Are you a techie guy?
