insufficient finger print process fee

After waiting for FP for a full year, I just found out that my case was suspended due to insufficnet finger print fee. (thanks to the online case status search).

I filed my case through a lawyer, and never called TSC during the year of waiting. I guess I didn't want to hear the painful words. Knowing people filed around the same time are also waiting, I really didn't see the needs of calling.

I just sent an-Email to my lawyer, asking her about what is going on.

I thought there will be no surprises left for my stupid 485 application, apparently I was wrong. Things could be worse.

My wife is also on the same boat , the only difference is that our lawyer informed us a year back about the insufficient fees , Your lawyer for some reason seems to have missed that , we sent in the money , but the message still says "insufficient fees " we called up TSC and they confirmed that they had the received the fees but said that the messages were not frequently updated ! ! !
