INS AVM message said my FP received and process has been resumed. But I talked to IIO yesterday he said my process still pending? Which is true?
 
INS IIO is correct

They can tell looking at their monitor if the background checks have been completed yet. The AVM is a F$%%^ piece of crap.
I have seen many posts on this site which prove that.
My personal experience also proves the screwed up AVM.
I did my FP on 12.12.01 and AVM still says, " On Dec XX, ..Pending Review\'. My wife did her FP on 01.23.02 and her AVM changed to "Processing Resumed" on 01.25.02.

Go Figure!!

AVM not up-to-date

I have finished my finger printing. However, it still says that "Your I-485 was received on ... and it will take ... 900 days... blah.. blah.." Hope the status by IIO is correct.
 
did my FP ahead of sch on 3/19. AVM still says

applicaion Rcvd and ut will take some 999 etc days to process./
