Can you send me the link where you check the online status. The link I use gives you only generic info. No specifics about processing: Your app was received. It is taking bla bla...." No changes at all. My 485 was applied in Oct 2000 and it did not change. I did my fingerprints twice but it does not update anything. Thanks for your help. There were some posts here which mentioned the online status text would give them more updates.

However, I am surprised (should I be though, it is TSC and we all what TSC is!), your case is not not approved yet! According to your posting, your RD is Oct 2000. TSC's processing time says it is working (we all know that too!) on Nov 2000 cases. Did you ever call TSC during regular business hours (214-381-1423) and try to talk to an IIO!

Yours is a very valid case to speak to them and kick some aXX.
Have you not even done FP? If not you are very late dude.

I would also recommend you to talk to your local congressman and senator's office about your case. Their local offices have one person who deals with immigration matters/concerns. You will provide them your receipt no and all information regarding your I-485 case (tell them you did FP twice) and they will request your signature for release of information. Hopefully, they will initiate a congressaional inquiry on your case, that will be a good thing. Please do not hesitate to do that, the earlier the better, you should also call TSC (214-381-1423) and talk to an IIO about your case. But a congressional inquiry will be much more helpful regarding your case. Wish you all the best.
