The WAC-02 series started in October/November 2002, by the end of what looks like a peak in (total) receipts.
Since then the number of pending cases has remained high.
Could this account for an increased delay in I-485 processing ?
A year ago it was common for some I-485 to be processed in 6 months.
I've seen the first WAC-02 approvals on this board these last 2 weeks, about 9+ months after the receipts.
 
Denied Apps

From the figures, it shows more than 50,000 denied applications. This includes all type of immigrations.............

Hope employment based immigrations should be less in this denied list.....

I dont understand the numbers very well. The sum of the number of approvals and denials is greater than the initial reciepts?

Also the comparison is fudged because many of the FY2001 applications were pending adjudication. Had they been adjudicated then, the percentages might have been different.
