INS Processing Dates.

I got a question,

If we see INS processing dates, it says that it is processing AP for the date of October 8th 2003, mine si for the date Sep 26, and they have not even touched it, is there any one else with same situation? I was just wondering if some one has any infor about what is going on there.

EAD & AP - RD - Sep 24 2003 .
Still no update. I had an RFE on my I-140 and I thought this could be the reason for the delay.

My I-140 got approved today (RD - Feb 22 2002).

Congratulations on your I140 OR approval! This is a good news after so many months of no activity in EB1 category from BCIS. Did you try to get iEAD at your local office? I would guess you have good chances now, after your I140 became approved.
