INS might Halt GC processing...

It indicates that NSC has sole jurisdiction for 485 asylee cases. there is other paperwork and documents related to asylee/refugee cases that are handled by other service centers.
From the same charts, CSC and TSC have times listed for EAD for refugees for instance. This may be the cases that other SCs are working on.
 
I really don't understand why they take so long a time to adjudicate the 485 applications when they have the whole data on their desk. It a 20 - 30 minute job at the most to cleck and clear a I-485 application.

It only shows how Bureacratic this organization is.
