INS messed it up. Need Help

Along with the Application for AOS. I also applied for EAD and AP for myself, spouse and my son who is four years old. When I got the reciepts back, the reciept for I-765 for my spouse has the name and date of birth of my son (4 years old). I called TSC and after waiting for 2 hours got a Genius, explained her the situation and she said that she can\'t do anything until the case is with an Immigration Officer and then I should call her back to rectify the issue. I think this is B.S. Any input is apprciated

Question on Fees for filing 485...

Can I ask you if you have paid seperatly for filing fees for each of ur family member?
Coz I am about to apply soon ( for both my husband and myself, Both EAD and AP) and the lawyer sent a bill for $2000. My company will reimburse for my EAD and AP. But I just wanted to know, that do we need to pay seperately for filing 485(Not EAd or AP)
