Hi Friends,
Is medical can be done anywhere in US or current state where you are working. If you are working in NY, can you done medical in CA ? and my attorney says it is better to done medical after you hear AVM 140 approved

I am wondering why should I pay more around $300-350 instead $125-200 if I can go and get in a different state.
 
Don\'t Risk it

The medical should be done by the panel of Doctors in the INS List.
The Medical is valid for a year. There is no harm in taking the medical before the Approval of I140 ( As long as you are sure that the Approval comes in before this period)

If I do with a Doctor who is in the INS panel List, but in different state than where I am working. Is this risk ?
