INS mails EAD to us or Attorney?

Guys, I have a question.
I didnt get my original EAD yet.
I am moving to a new apartment next month. So, just wondering where INS is going to send the EAD. To the address specified on the 765 Application or to the Attorney or to the Applicant?
My 765 indicated the Address of my Attorney. Also, what is the procedure to notify INS of the address change pertaining to 485?
I know that we have to send AR 11 form with updated address. For 485 purposes, what is the procedure of address change?

INS will send the EAD to the address in the application form. Send a letter to service center citing receipt number and A#
