Well, so far, I heard at least three versions of what's going on at CSC:
1. Regular end of year (September) pattern
2. Out of GC quota
3. Another security check
 
Another scary rumor I just heard that due to economy conditions, INS is going to force all 485 employment-based applicants to redo labor certification.
And as we know labor certification is currently taking forever at least in California...

Personally, I don't believe in this rumor, but for the government it might really make sense to revalidate LC for those who did it long time ago.

Why do you post rumors without any corroborating evidence? Spreading nonsense like this only scares people and diminishes the usefulness of this forum as a place where people can find support and information about their cases.
 
I am in a touch and go situation and scary rumors like this one don't help one bit. I talk about immigration issues with friends and visit several boards, this is the first time I am reading about such thinking on INS part.
 
There is no credibility to this. So don't waste your time and others' time by posting to this thread.

This rumour doesn't even make sense. All SCs would stop
not just CSC.

At least post rumours that are corroborated or make sense.
