Does the state from which I-485 is applied matter for the processing time..
That is, Would I-485 from Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin clear at the same time or not..
This website shows processing times with diff dates for each of the District offices in these states..
Can someone explain..
