INS Closing ??

My Friend\'s lawyer told him that the INS is freezing
 all files/work for 15 days (From Sep 21-Oct 5)
 regarding some audit.

 Anyone has any ideas about this one??

 I do not intend to spread rumors! Just wish to

No, just called IIO and was told:

They are still working! BUT, last week I was told by another IIO that they are having Audit and the work would be very very slow.

Which one is true? Hopefully we can see some approvals this week!
