Try to call before 8:30am or try after 2:00pm. I tried today and got in the 11th redial.

sit infront of a phone which has direct dial (1+ dial) and redial button.
just keep redialing and do hangup whenever busy.after hangup try redial again. don\'t give a gap at all.
i tried myself 1 week back and got it after 47th try.
there is a long wait after you reach the AVM to get connected to the real guy.

Thanks! I was finally able to get through after 11.00 a.m. pacific time.
Bhanu, My RD/ND coincides with yours. But, My EAC is EAC-00-098-XXXX. IIO said its under review. Will be done in 60 days.
